Hearth House Bunbury is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment is provided for all its employees and contractors. We believe that work related injuries and accidents are preventable and that safety is good business.

The elimination of injuries is our ultimate aim. To achieve this goal will require correct and adequate resources being provided, coupled with communication and commitment by all levels of the company.

Safety Objectives:

1. Provide and maintain safe plant and systems of work.

2. Making and monitoring arrangements for the safe use, handling, storage and transport of plant and substances.

3. Maintain the workplace in a safe and healthy condition.

4. Provide adequate facilities to protect the welfare of employees and contractors.

5. Provide information, training, equipment and supervision for all employees and contractors enabling them to work in a safe and healthy manner.

6. Maintain our ZERO lost time injury record.

 

ENVIRONMENT

Management and employees of Hearth House Bunbury are committed to protecting the environment as part of operations and in the development, testing, distribution, repair and ultimate disposal of its products and services to continual improvements in environmental performance.

We will ensure full compliance with requirements of this policy outlined further in the Environmental Targets and Objectives.  This policy is endorsed by the Managing Director and is communicated to all employees and made available to the public and other interested parties upon request.

Environmental Objectives:

3. In a systematic and preventative manner reduce the environmental impact of our business activity.

Quality Objectives:

1. Ensure all services offered by Hearth House Bunbury surpass the demands and expectations of our customers and that commitments and promises are met.

2. To successfully implement and maintain a System that effectively monitors the Quality of the services Hearth House Bunbury provides.

3. Accurately assess the System on a regular basis and use the results as a tool for continual development.

4. Create a culture within the organisation that promotes the positive effects that the Quality Management Systems offers.
